John is the leader and co-founder of Coherent. Every day, John works to inspire the Coherent team to create a brighter, more inclusive future for the insurance industry. Having started his career in AXA and EY, John has accumulated a wealth of global experience in the insurance sector, most recently as COO and CIO at Manulife Asia. In his career to date, he has led teams in more than 45 countries across five continents. John believes Coherent’s technology will help customers to drastically improve the level of insurance penetration around the world.
